The Santa Maria is a full-size historical preservation of Christopher Columbus' flagship, serving as a history museum. We are located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, the largest city in the world named for the famous explorer.

We offer 45-minute tours of the ship that include facts from the first voyage, how the sailors lived, what they ate, how the ship was navigated and how the voyage changed the world forever. We are open April-October. Admission: Adults, $4; seniors (60+), $3.50; youth (5-17), $2.50. Group rate are available for 10 or more with advance reservations.

We also serve as a unique venue for rentals, weddings, kids' pirate parties and other social events. In-depth educational overnight programs and day camp programs for youth groups are available. Check our website for more information and for a full schedule of events including our Pirate Weekends (May and September) and the Haunted Ship (October).

Spring and Fall: Wed.-Fri., 10 a.m.-3 p.m.; Sat.-Sun., noon-5 p.m.
Summer: Wed.-Fri., 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sat.-Sun., noon-6 p.m.

Group rates (10 or more with advance reservations): Adults, 3.50; seniors (60+), $3; youth (5-17), $2. Free admission for driver and escort. Guided tours and a gift shop are available.

We're gearing up for the city's Bicentennial celebration in 2012, beginning with the Santa Maria's 20th anniversary in October 2011.

Located at 25 Marconi Blvd. at the corner of West Broad Street and Marconi Boulevard in Battelle Riverfront Park.
