The Arena District is one of Columbus' newest areas. Built on the grounds of the former Ohio Penitentiary, this district features Nationwide Arena, home of the NHL Blue Jackets, and Huntington Park, home of the AAA Clippers.
The Arena District has a fantastic nightlife scene. There are many restaurants and bars, and the Lifestyles Community Pavilion often features concerts with nationally renowned bands.
An Experience Columbus Visitor Center is located in the Arena District.
