Juxtaposed against the traditional works with be the artistry of national artist Steve Hazard's contemporary glass works. Exhibiting the first time in Ohio the influence of tribal patterns and symbols are viewed in his etched crystal art glass, fused glass pedestals, bowls and vases. Hazard's compositions use pattern, motifs and symbols that reflect the tradition and contemporary style while retaining the spirit and integrity of traditional Africa.
