The Grandview area is nothing short of the city's premier incubator for the craft of micro brewing. Starting in 1998, with Smokehouse Brewing (formerly Barley's Smokehouse and Brewpub), the area has seen tremendous growth in craft brew destinations, offering a surprising range of intriguing styles of beer and brewing methods. We'll start our tour at Smokehouse Brewing for beer sampling and light apps. From there we'll explore a couple of the newer microbreweries in the neighborhood. Stops typically include Four String Brewing and Zauber Brewing Company. We'll end our tour at the Ohio Taproom where we'll be able to taste from a selection of harder to find Ohio-only microbreweries. This tour is an introduction to craft brewing in the region and is designed to be fun, educational, and delicious.
