Columbus' commitment to safety
The Columbus community has been able to safety reopen amidst the COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring proper health and safety protocols are in place, including a citywide mask mandate. Currently, a statewide curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Dec. 10 to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The Franklin County stay-at-home advisory, in effect until Dec. 18, asks citizens not to leave their residences or travel outside of Ohio unless it is absolutely necessary. Jennifer Wray lives in Clintonville with her husband, Kyle; her perennially cranky cat, Rosa, and her high-strung (but photogenic) dog, Billy. A vegetarian since the age of 12, Jenny enjoys exploring the city's veg-friendly eats (of which there are many); experiencing live music at venues such as Ace of Cups, Spacebar, Big Room Bar and Little Rock, and checking out Columbus' maker scene at stores such as Wholly Craft, What the Rock? and alison rose. Jenny currently works as a writer for Columbus College of Art & Design (where she was a student in the school's long-running Saturday Morning Art Classes from grades 2-12); she has also written for such local publications as Columbus CEOColumbus Monthly, the Columbus Dispatch and Columbus Bride
