There are many ways big and small to ring in the New Year around Columbus, from family friendly activities to fancy parties and themed shindigs. Try some of these options for welcoming 2017!
How about a pint of Columbus beer to celebrate? Lineage Brewing hosts a party called Forget You, 2016!, featuring trivia, live music, special menu items, and of course, plenty of beers on tap.
Wild Goose Creative hosts a NYE Pajama Jam, a 90s-themed party with dancing, visual art, film, a DJ and more. You can even sleep over at Wild Goose!
Shadowbox Live features a New Year’s Eve party with a full banquet, live music from their house band BillWho?, dancing, a champagne toast and so much more.
The underground music venue Notes will host a New Year’s Eve hip hop bash with plenty of local music and party favors.
The band Love and Theft will play at The Bluestone’s New Year’s Eve party. Tickets include the concert, a champagne toast, and access to an after party in the wee hours of the morning.
Brothers Drake Meadery will feature live music from Future Modern for the New Year, complete with mead cocktails and a midnight toast.
Or how about a little wine to ring in the New Year? Camelot Cellars hosts an Old Hollywood masquerade ball with wine, music, costumes and food from Aloha Streatery, all in support of Fashion Week Columbus. Wyandotte Winery is serving a six-course dinner with wine pairings that evening.
The Columbus Funny Bone will feature a New Year’s Eve show with comedian John Morgan. Tickets include a buffet dinner and champagne toast.
