I have told myself many times that I am going to keep a list of happy hours in town so that I don’t have to sit and rack my brain to come up with ideas. Does it ever happen? No. So, here’s my attempt to help not only myself, but also everyone, by listing some happy hour options in the Short North Arts District. Please note, this is just part 1. We’ll dive further into the neighborhood in another post!
Lemongrass Fusion Bistro boasts a double happy hour, Monday-Friday 3-7 p.m. and then again 9 p.m.-close. Their happy hour menu features special pricing on sushi, appetizers, and drinks. With the most expensive on item on the happy hour menu maxing out at $7.
Marcella’s happy hour runs 4-6 p.m. with half off selected food and drink in the bar area. Arrive early to get a prime spot for people watching by the open windows.
Just keep working your way down High Street to The Pearl for happy hour 4-6 p.m. weekdays featuring half off select beer, wines, spirits, cocktails, snacks and sandwiches. Not to mention special prices on their oysters! Order them raw, baked or fried for $2 each.
One of the latest additions to the Short North Arts District, Biscuit & Branch, holds happy hour 4-7 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. Order Nashville Honey Hot Chicken Bites for $5 and wash it down with a half off select cocktail like their jelly jars, and you’re all set!
Forno boasts a half-priced happy hour Monday-Friday from 4-6 p.m. Enjoy some draft beer, cocktails and wine by the glass while tasting bar snacks, sharables or pizzas.
Check out the bar at Black Point from 4:30-6:30 p.m., for $5-$7 snacks. Be sure to check out Prime Wine & Sushi Sundays with half off sushi rolls and bottled wine under $100.
