Fall fashion season is right around the corner, and it's time to start thinking about back-to-school shopping as well. And with Columbus named as the #4 best city of shopping in America by Forbes, we're a great pick for your next big shopping trip.
Some of my favorite shopping is right in the heart of our city in German Village. The neighborhood is home to boutiques like Helen Winnemore Craft and Vernacular. If you’re not the best shopper, check out The Book Loft, Columbus’ largest independent bookstore with 32 rooms for you to explore.
The Short North Arts District known for the galleries, restaurants and local stores is another must stop location on any shopping adventure. Need a unique gift? Try Bink Davies. Looking for that perfect piece to complete an outfit? Check out Ladybird and Rowe Boutique. The Crew is back in action, so you’ll need some great fan apparel. Go no further than Homage. Their vintage inspired apparel is so comfortable you’ll never want to take it off.
Easton Town Center, located near the airport, has national brands like Nordstrom’s, Crate & Barrel and American Girl. They are also home to Columbus based L Brands stores, like Victoria’s Secret. Make sure you visit Celebrate Local and shop all Ohio products.
Polaris Fashion Place is home to numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options. You have all the national brands you could ever need, plus some great local options. Visit Simply Vague for another taste of all Ohio items. Have a sweet tooth? Visit Sugardaddy’s and try their brownies or blondies. You will not be sorry!
