Central Ohio artist Alexis Rampa-Henry exhibits a collection of her illustrations in Highline Coffee Art Space's window annex, September-October, 2019.
Alexis is a central Ohio fashion-based illustrator and surface designer, having graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design in 2016 with a BFA in Illustration and a Minor in Creative Writing. Inspired by long forgotten fashion illustrations from the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s, her work is unexpectedly mixed with a softness and relatability often found in children’s illustration, incorporating little moments and objects from everyday life.
Rampa-Henry currently works at a local T-shirt design company, working with the kid’s team to create designs for large e-commerce companies. In her free time, she enjoys working on her own fashion illustrations and stories.
