1st course: Bone marrow w/ arugula, balsamic onion, blistered tomatoes
2nd course: Polenta w/ lardo, parmesan, black pepper, sous vide egg
3rd course: Agnolotti with porcini, cream sauce, herbs
4th course: Risotto with scallops, taso, butternut squash, brown butter, sage
5th course: Vanilla panna cotta with pistachio, truffled honeycomb, and fig
