Calling all brownie lovers! What's your brownie style? Do you delight in dark, fudgy, truffle-like centers? Or, do you prefer a fluffy, moist, cake-like square? Whether you're on Team Fudgy or Team Cakey, we've got a pan (and a recipe!) for that!
Taste test 3 different brownies to determine whether it's fugy, cakey, or boxed - then make your favorite brownie from scratch! Participants will take home a warm 8 x 8 inch pan of brownies they'll prepare in class as well as a scratch-made brownie mix, in case of brownie-mergencies! Recipes for fudgy and cakey brownie as well as the pantry brownie mix will be included.
Pro Tip: Scratch-made brownies are just as easy to prepare as those boxed brownies. Learn if you know the techniques for achieving your preferred consistency and keep your pantry stocked with a few basic ingredients.
