We are thrilled to host Abbe Turner, owner and cheesemaker of Lucky Penny Farm, for this cheese making class for beginners! Abbe will share her expertise through this hands-on class making some of our favorite cheeses:
with pesto and prosciutto roll
with lemon and bruschetta
with edible flowers served on crostini
After the class, indulge in a complimentary wine pairing with our freshly made cheeses, as well as a selection of Lucky Penny cheeses and products, as she shares her passion for making the gap between farm to table smaller.
Bonus: Abbe is also a oenologist and certified viticulturalist. During our wine-and-cheese social, she'll share her experiences from the vineyards and her recommendations for wine and cheese pairings.
