Columbus Art Walks and Landmark Talks are 1-hour tours guided by expert historians from the Columbus Landmarks Foundation, and designed to highlight public art, architecture and historical sites in neighborhoods around Columbus. The Brewery District Art Walk will lead you through the heart of the citys storied industrial past. You will walk past the strong, attractive brewery buildings that have stood on Front Street for over 100 years, the legendary King Gambrinus statue, and other public art from sculptures to murals. If you would rather see more natural attractions, take the extension route on Whittier Street, which leads to bird sanctuaries, scenic river overlooks, walking and biking trails, and a state-of-the-art nature center that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. No need to register for this free event, just show up! For more information visit Columbuslandmarks.org.
