This menu was inpsired during a wine tasting with our dear friend Matt. He tasted us through some unique wines from Spain and the Canary Islands. We immediately wanted to savor the rich flavors this region of the world uses in their simple recipes.

Pricing is per person. Full Bar is available at standard rates.
Please note that this is a participatory dinner. Cooking will begin 30 minutes after the posted start time. Dinner will be served roughly 1 1/2-2 hours later.
