Eglé Gatins is a Columbus-based artist specializing in paint and collage. She was born in Paris before settling with her family in Atlanta in the 1950s. Gatins attended the Academie Julian in Paris (1968-1969), Georgia State University (BVA 1973), and The Ohio State University (MFA 1975).
She has exhibited her work for the last 40 years in the Ohio area, Atlanta, New York, and Zimbabwe, Africa. This will be her first exhibit at the Martin de Porres Center.
