This meditation (led by certified Hypnotist and Hypno Coach Susie McGarry) will use visualizations to help you reduce stress while emphasizing confidence, accomplishing goals, and positive self-talk. You'll leave feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or pillow for more comfort.
