Join us at the 1400 Food Lab in Columbus, OH as we break down one full hog from nose to tail.
Participants in this hands-on class will learn how to excavate their favorite meaty bits from a pig: From bacon, chops, and ribs to lesser-known delicacies like trotters and jowls.
At the end of the class, each participant will take home the spoils of the day's hard work for their home freezers. Don't forget to bring a cooler!
The class will run from 9:30 a.m. until around 4:30 p.m. Lunch is included. No previous experience or skills are required.
