An enlightening and insightful conversation with artist Kanishka Raja, whose works are featured in our current exhibition, Visions From India, on view through October 28, 2017.
Kanishka Raja's stunning paintings of architectural spaces comment on travel, transitions, liminality, and the possibility of being perpetually placeless. At the same time Raja's layered and visually complex works require us to examine our assumptions about visual coherence and thus embrace slippages and the loss of perspective as standard modes of being in our contemporary global world.
Space is limited. Please RSVP to Programs Coordinator Mark Zuzik at firstname.lastname@example.org or 614-300-3542.
