Meditation with Russell Lepley
These meditation classes will explore lovingkindness (metta) meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gentle pranayama (yogic breath practice) with the intention of cultivating patience and goodwill towards ourselves and others. All classes are free to the community and we look forward to sharing this wonderful opportunity with you all.
Russell discovered the benefits of meditation practices through yoga and an exploration of Buddhism while working in the demanding world of professional dance. He believes meditation is a powerful tool for gaining perspective and cultivating patience and love towards ourselves and others. He has completed Yoga on Highs 200-hour teacher training program and explored various meditation practices while living abroad.
