To mark the 200th birthday of James Preston Poindexter, pastor, Underground Railroad participant as well as the first black man to serve on the Columbus School Board and Columbus City Council, the Eastside Arts Initiative presents an exhibit showcasing the work of Eric Murphy, Shelbi Harris-Roseboro, Richard Duarte Brown, Deborah Comer McBroom, Ron Claxton and Ron Stephens. The exhibit runs from Feb 21-Apr 27 with an opening reception on Thursday, Feb 20th at 5:30pm at Broad Street Presbyterian.
