Come alone or bring a friend for this engaging two-part workshop featuring a dynamic dialogue in the morning hosted by Dr. Melissa Crum (artist, author, researcher, and founder of Mosaic Education Network, LLC) followed by an open, town-hall style forum with a moderator and esteemed panel in the afternoon. We'll trek through a field of innovative ideas and strategies for real solutions, share and borrow tricks and practical tools, and contemplate new ways to situate contemporary learning spaces. This experience is ideal for all interested in education-related issues, including teachers, administrators, parents, students, and community members. The session includes an a break for lunch on your own and brief tours of our fall exhibition Leap Before You Look: Black Mountain College 1933-1957.
