Early life outdoor camping, hiking and canoeing experiences, combined with fireside sewing and embroidery, form the basis for Lancaster, Ohio artist Sue King’s current work. King’s artwork is inspired by her numerous artist residencies at national and state parks and underscores the need to conserve America’s wild places, our public lands, for future generations.

Gallery hours are Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wednesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
