Renowned cartoonist and illustrator Charles Burns will talk about his legendary career and work. Burns' Black Hole is considered one of the great comics and the quintessential comic about disillusioned adolescence. His most recent work includes Sugar Skull, the third in an unnamed trilogy of books starring Tintin. Burns will talk at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Canzani Center Auditorium at Columbus College of Art & Design (60 Cleveland Ave.). He appears in conjunction with the second annual Cartoon Crossroads Columbus festival and the Beeler Gallery Visiting Artists & Scholars Series. The event is free and open to the public.
