Workshop: Reversible Enamel Bracelet April 20, Thursday & April 27, Thursday 6-8 pm each day Instructor: Jen Townsend Learn the art of copper enameling in this two session workshop while you make a reversible bracelet with a handmade clasp. We will cover basic sifting and sgraffito techniques with access to a large selection of colors. You will be firing your pieces in a 1500 degree kiln to allow the powdered glass enamel to fuse to the copper surface. Multiple circles will be provided for you to get creative with. You will learn to make a hand forged clasp, and use jump rings to make a chain. This bracelet will be completed with sterling silver and can be worn two different ways - it's like having two bracelets in one! All materials and tools will be provided. Class is open to any student ages 16+. Class is available to 4 students. For your safety, closed toe shoes are required for this class.
