We believe it should taste better for all people, so we set out to create baked goods so fresh, so fabulous, and so downright delicious, no one would realize—or care— that they were, in fact, gluten free. Our goal? To be the only cookies in the cupboard, uniting eaters everywhere by the sheer virtue of our amazingly great taste. Obviously every item in the Bake Me Happy kitchen is gluten free, but we’re also proud consumers of a number of exceptional ingredients that are not only locally sourced but also the very best available anywhere. From the Ohio maple syrup in our scones to the Krema spicy nut butter in our Peanut Butter Burners and the Snowville Cream in our Sugar Cream Pies, when it comes to ingredients, we only use the very best. For our flours and grains, nothing but Bob’s Red Mill® will do. And all of the herbs in our savory scones are grown in chemical-free beds through a partnership with St. Stephens Aquastar program. At the end of the day, our name says it all. We do what we do to bake people happy—all people.
