Her passion for food is actually what led her here to Columbus, as she was selected as part of the management team for The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant located here Columbus OH, Easton Town Center.

Quickly realizing the limitless entrepreneurial possibilities here in Columbus, Lisa and her Husband Vicente decided to join the early momentum of the Mobile Food Truck Industry by starting a food truck. Using Vicente's authentic family recipes, they created the Dos Hermanos menu. Wisely predicting the market trend helped in positioning Dos Hermanos Taco Truck as one of Columbus’ most favorite food trucks.
