Did you know that meditation is now preemptive, before you are stressed?  Also as little as five minutes produces a result.  Meditate for five minutes in the morning for a focused productive day, five at lunch for the same and five minutes in the evening to unwind.  This approach is not only doable, it provides all day stress relief.


For team building, meditate together then discuss goals.  You will have a more cohesed group, working on the same page. And you can use guided imagery (also known as positive worry) to visualize reaching goals confidently, efficiently.


As a wellness coach, I teach the aggressive power breath approach to people struggling with PTSD.  This includes vets and women who have suffered domestic abuse.  Meditation is so versatile, it can even be used to re-energize, not just relax.
