The parks and trails are beautiful any time of year from the changing of leaves in the fall to the blooming of flowers in the spring. Several parks even have a body of water for your pooch to cool off in the summer.

Head south for a day trip to scenic Hocking Hills or Deer Creek State Park Lodge and stay in one of the lodge’s dog-friendly cabinsJust East of Columbus in the beautiful Welsh Hills, the Lazy River at Granville offers great campground amenities including mini golf, a swimming pool and a fenced-in dog park!
