The airport is a short 10-minute drive to the various hotels connected to or adjacent to the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC), which is currently undergoing a full renovation to be complete in July 2017, highlighted by 373,000 sq. ft. of contiguous exhibit space. Just steps from the GCCC is the Short North Arts District, offering a dynamic mix of food, drinks, galleries and entertainment. Nationwide Arena, home of the Columbus Blue Jackets, is just a block away or you can travel to the historic German Village via the CBUS, the free downtown circulator.
