SUSTAINABILITY
Initiatives include 100% of the facility’s annual electrical usage offset by Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), single-stream recycling, Green Seal cleaning products and more. There is also an indoor hydroponic farm, known as Smart Farm, that yields 5,000 lbs. of fresh produce annually for catering and other food options in the center. Unused items are donated to local charities.
DINING
More than a dozen food and drink offerings throughout the convention center. The Discovery Café offers gourmet fare with local flair and the CBUS Tap Room. The South Café & Marketplace features an array of quick service cuisine, from pizza to sandwiches to sushi and more.
CENTRAL OHIO ART
The center houses the largest contemporary collection of Central Ohio art displayed boldly throughout the center to represent professional and emerging local artists. Included is the "As We Are" interactive sculpture, which reflects portraits of visitors after taking their picture.

Convention Center Main Concourse
The scans of the Main Concourse walk you through the walkway in the center of the building, heading North past the Union Station Ballroom, A, B, C and D exhibit halls and meeting rooms, past the Discovery Cafe and CBUS Tap Room to the North Atrium and up to the Short North Ballroom, looking out over into the Short North Arts District.
Convention Center to Hyatt Connection
The scans of the Convention Center to the Arena District Hyatt Regency begin in the South end of the Convention Center. Head South to the Hyatt Regency County meeting rooms, South Cafe & Marketplace, looking out to the hotels connected and South of the Center. Head towards the Hyatt hotel to go up the escalators to view Battelle Grand Ballroom.
Convention Center to Hilton Connection
The scans of the Convention Center to Hilton Columbus Downtown connection starts you inside the convention center connector and moves you past the Union Station Ballroom where you can navigate down the hall to the A meeting rooms to head upstairs to go to the Hilton Skybridge.
Convention Center to Hilton Skybridge Connection
The scans of the Hilton Skybridge connection starts you in the Hilton Columbus Downtown to view meeting room capacity limits and then you can navigate out over the skybridge looking over the Short North Arts District and downtown Columbus back over to the Convention Center.
