Midwest Living named Columbus one of the “16 Spooky, Magical, and Totally Fun Halloween Festivals in the Midwest,” spotlighting HighBall Halloween and the city’s Get Goosebumps in Columbus campaign. HighBall, called “the nation’s most elaborate costume party,” features a fashion show, live performances and public costume contests. To celebrate Goosebumps author R.L. Stine’s homecoming and the 10th anniversary of the film, downtown is glowing with slime-green lights and a “Fear Street” activation for visitors and locals alike.
