The Columbus community has been able to safely reopen amidst the COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring proper health and safety protocols are in place, including a citywide mask mandate. Currently, a statewide curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. indefinitely to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The Franklin County stay-at-home advisory, also in effect indefinitely, asks citizens not to leave their residences or travel outside of Ohio unless it is absolutely necessary. There is no shortage of great places to grab a drink and a bite to eat in Franklinton, and the area is especially known for its breweries. Land-Grant Brewing offers a spacious outdoor beer garden and stage where, depending on the day, you can enjoy a movie, sporting event, concert or trivia, alongside their extensive beer selection. In addition to rotating food trucks, Land-Grant is one of the permanent homes of James Beard Award nominated Ray Ray’s Hog Pit. The buffalo cauliflower wings at BrewDog Franklinton are not to be missed and are best enjoyed on their rooftop patio while taking in a great view of the city skyline.

Neighborhood originals include Strongwater Food & Spirits and Rehab Tavern. There are also plenty of places to get a caffeine fix with The Roosevelt Coffeehouse, One Line Coffee and Bottoms Up.
