Columbus is one of 10 destinations around the country and globe featured in Essence's list of the Best Destinations for Culinary Travel in 2024. Chef BJ Lieberman's latest concept, Hiraeth, is celebrated in the story along with Modern Southern Table, which is located in Budd Dairy Food Hall. "Columbus has gastronomical game," says writer Sheryl Nance-Nash.
