There’s a buzz you can taste when a city’s culinary scene starts to rise, and Columbus has found its flavor. Food & Wine just named it one of America’s Next Great Food Cities (though locals have known it all along). The article highlights several of the city’s James Beard semifinalists, including Agni, Law Bird and chef BJ Lieberman's concepts, including recently debuted Metsi's.
