Malvar-Stewart, who owns the boutique and workshop Hangar 391, knows all of the sheep by name (fingers crossed you meet Christian Dior, Gandalf, or Coco Chanel—all sheep), and she believes it's important that people who wear animal products have an understanding of how they were made.
