Starting February 5, 2026, discover the new Columbus Welcome Center (625 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215) in the Short North Arts District for your one-stop shop about all there is to see, do and explore in the Columbus region.
Be sure to join us for the Columbus Welcome Center Grand Opening on February 5-7, starting each day at 11 a.m. and running till 6 p.m. on Thursday & Friday, and 8 p.m. on Saturday.

What is the Columbus Welcome Center?
The Columbus Welcome Center is the city’s refreshed visitor hub, offering maps, recommendations and local expertise to help you get the most out of your trip.
What happened to the old Experience Columbus Visitor Center?
We moved from the Arena District and rebranded to reflect our expanded services and welcoming mission. You’ll still find all of the same great stuff we had at the Experience Columbus Visitor Center, plus more.
What are the Columbus Welcome Center’s opening hours?
The Columbus Welcome Center will be open daily Monday-Sunday, 11am-6pm. During Gallery Hop weekends, the Center will be open 11am-8pm on Saturday.
Where is the Columbus Welcome Center located?
The Columbus Welcome Center is at 625 N. High St. We’re right in the heart of the Short North Arts District, next to several major hotels and attractions.
Is there parking available near the Columbus Welcome Center?
Yes! Parking is available at nearby parking garages and surface lots throughout the Short North Arts District for a fee. The closest garage is the Joseph Garage, located at 33 W. Russell St., just one block west of High St. Limited metered parking is also available out front on High St. and surrounding streets.
Do you participate in the Short North parking validation program?

Is the Columbus Welcome Center accessible?

Does the Columbus Welcome Center participate in the Short North Community Reinvestment Program?
Yes, we do! Every dollar collected in the Short North Community Reinvestment Program stays in the neighborhood to support the people and places that define the Short North as the creative backbone of Columbus.
Can my organization drop off coupons or flyers for use in the Columbus Welcome Center?
The Columbus Welcome Center will be stocked with our Experience Columbus Annual Visitor Guide, CBUS Soul Guide, Out in CBUS Guide and Things to Do Guide, as well as our free trails and pass information. At this time, we are not accepting additional print material and will notify our partners should protocols change.
