Details

Located in a restored 1908 Columbus Fire station, the Central Ohio Fire Museum and Learning Center offers visitors a chance to see the history of firefighting in central Ohio from the 1820's forward. Interactive tours by active and retired firefighters feature early hand drawn trucks, horse pulled steam powered pumps and early mechanical vehicles. The family friendly museum also has a play area with real fire equipment for future firefighters and offers fire safety programs for visitors of all ages.
