The Granville Area Chamber of Commerce is an organization of business leaders whose purpose is to maximize the value and relevance of business by stimulating commerce, advocating for our businesses, and supporting responsible business development that preserves our heritage and sustains the quality of life in the community. Membership is open to any business or organization in Licking and contiguous counties. The Chamber offers a host of benefits which includes marketing opportunities, participation in events, health insurance, workers compensation insurance, merchant services, and more. The Chamber hosts a membership meeting monthly, usually held at rotating venues, and featuring speakers on timely subjects. These meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Occasionally a meeting date may change, at which time the meeting date will be posted. Membership rates are based upon the equivalent of Full Time Employees at a business, and new member enrollment can be made via the Chamber's website at www.granvilleoh.com or by visiting the office at 125 E. Broadway in downtown Granville. The GACC operates the Granville Farmers Market, one of the best in the greater mid-Ohio region. The Saturday market begins in mid-May and runs through late October. It is held on N. Main Street, between Broadway and College Street from 8:30 am to Noon. When other activities in Granville require the market to change venues, it usually moves to St. Edwards Catholic Church on Newark-Granville Road. The Chamber also operates a Tuesday Farmers Market beginning mid-June through the end of September. It is located on S. Main Street in the parking lot of Ross' Granville Market. Hours are 3:- to 6:00 pm. For more information about the GACC, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 740-587-4490. A visit to Granville is always worth the trip!
