The annual Columbus Italian Festival, presented by Saint John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church, celebrates Italian-American culture. The Festival is located at Hamlet and E. Lincoln streets, between Summit and N. Fourth streets. Enjoy open-air markets, Italian dancing and singing on the cobblestone streets, the new children’s area, plenty of fabulous Italian food from various vendors, including that once-a-year chance to “gorge" on St. John’s Pizza baked fresh in front of the Church. Italian cooking demonstrations return after 10 years. Enter the bocce ball tournament with $1500 top prize. Tour the historic church, learn about Italian traditions and dance to live entertainment on two stages.
