Experience Columbus Minority Business Program

Together with the City of Columbus and Councilmember Nick Bankston, we have created the Experience Columbus Minority Business Program (MBP), a grant to support minority-owned businesses in our community via a free, year-long partnership with our organization.

What is Experience Columbus?

Experience Columbus' vision is to be the leading force in creating and revealing the best of the Columbus experience to the world; the organization's mission is to sell, market and promote the Destination Columbus experience to visitors. Our partnership community includes over 900 businesses who are integrated into our work in the nearly $10 billion tourism industry.

Why partner with Experience Columbus?

Tourism fuels the local economy, employs residents, provides human services, supports local arts programs and more. Learn more about tourism's local impact.

While we offer many opportunities to further build out your partnership, every partner receives the following:

  • A listing on experiencecolumbus.com
  • A listing in two annual Visitor Guides (includes digital and print distribution)
  • Access to free events
  • Partner database credentials, an online business resource
  • Opportunities to potentially be featured on social media, journalist or influencer visit itineraries and more
