Flights or mileage, hotel stay October 1-3, parking at hotel, and scheduled meals. Experience Columbus will NOT cover the cost of your checked luggage, mileage from your hometown airport, parking at your hometown airport, cost of a guest (unless personal assistant). 

Please note that you will be asked for a credit card at check in for an incidental hold of $50 per night. That will be refunded back to your card following your stay. However, should an incidental charge occur Experience Columbus will not reimburse you for that charge. 

To receive reimbursement of mileage for driving to the ASAE NextGen Summit, please submit the following information to cneal@experiencecolumbus.com:

• First & Last Name
• Total Trip Mileage
• Who your reimbursement check should be made out to. Please include Full Name or Organization Name. 
• Where your reimbursement check should be mailed. Please include Full Mailing Address.
• Attachment of Google Maps Route of your trip, showing the map of the trip and the mileage. 

Yes, if you are flying Experience Columbus’ Travel Agent, Uniglobe, will contact you in July or August to review your flight preference and get your ticket booked. If you are driving, you will need to submit the following information to cneal@experiencecolumbus.com:

Experience Columbus will provide either a shuttle or a Lyft code depending on your arrival time. Those details will be provided in the e-blast you will receive 2 weeks from the event. You may also use taxi if your preference, but we will not be able to reimburse for taxi use.
