CBUS Soul® Sculpture Trail

In partnership with the Greater Columbus Arts Council and as an extension of the CBUS Soul®️ cultural platform, this trail explores sculptures throughout Columbus from African American artists. Audio clips and text descriptions of the sculptures are available as you peruse the art around town. Each stop check-in on the trail will earn one point towards the final prize: a CBUS Soul®️-themed tote bag! Each artist on this trail not only celebrates African American culture, but also contributes to the progression of the arts by engaging young African Americans to make their own contributions to their communities and/or art history. Artists on this trail include Melvin Edwards, Chief Baba Shongo Obadina, Andrew F. Scott, Omar Shaheed, Bill Agnew, Barbara Chavous, Larry Winston Collins and LaVerne Brown.
