From the moment our attendees arrived in Columbus they were impressed by all the city has to offer. While onsite I heard frequent comments about how nice everyone was - and not just the staff who worked in the hotels or the convention center, but even total strangers on the street! Our attendees appreciated how well designed the convention center is. It is a very easy to navigate space and none of our attendees needed to worry about getting lost! Both attendees and staff also appreciated several of the downtown hotels being connected to the convention center via a walkway. We had one day of rain during our annual meeting and everyone was thankful they were able to have a dry walk from their hotel to our meeting space!
