Fall nights are the perfect time to cozy up with a loved one or get to know someone new with a fun activity. We've put together a list of some our favorite fall date night (or fall day date) ideas in Columbus!

Taste the Flavors of Fall

Food and drink are commonly seen as central to the dating experience, and no matter what kind of date you're having, you can infuse it with fall flavor in Columbus. Columbus coffee shops have plenty of options for flavorful drinks, while local breweries have made the shift to the season's sweet, malty and refreshing flavors. Grab a Columbus Coffee Trail or Columbus Ale Trail passport to win prizes together along the way!

Farm-to-table restaurants throughout the city highlight autumn harvest from central Ohio farms, so be sure to check out seasonal menu items at places like The Guild House, Third & Hollywood, Alqueria and Watershed Kitchen & Bar. You can also take the season's bounty home with you by visiting an area apple orchard!

Catch an Outdoor Movie

Land-Grant's Beer Garden Movie Series takes place every Monday in their outdoor beer garden. Their October lineup includes some incredible Halloween classics like Hocus Pocus (10/11), Beetlejuice (10/18) and Ghostbusters (10/31). Don your fall apparel, grab yout blankets and prepare for a movie night under the stars pared with delicious Land-Grant Beers, including fall-favorite, Lawnraker, while it lasts!

Enjoy the Fall Aesthetic

One of the best things about fall in central Ohio is the scenery. Red, orange and yellow leaves offset with a flannel shirt, knit cap and comfortable booties create a picture-perfect scene. If you're about the fall aesthetic, then Columbus has you covered. Get active and take a fall hike to watch the leaves change, snap a seasonal pic in a local pumpkin patch or cozy up for a romantic and leisurely stroll through the scenes at Franklin Park Conservatory's Pumpkins Aglow.
